Houston Gaines (R), a Georgia state representative, ran against Pamela DeLancy (D), a retired Army colonel. With all 159 counties reporting, Gaines leads by 23,373 votes. Georgia's results page lists only these two candidates and spells her name "Delancy"; her own site spells it DeLancy. Results are unofficial until certified.
